Start with the basic nutter butter cookie. These don’t work with the wafer nutter butters. Please use the original nutter butters. Place some freezer paper on the shiny side up.

I like to tape my freezer paper to the counter as it helps keep the edges from curling into my project. Next lay out all the pieces needed to make the owls.

First using the black gel place some on the nose and add it to the nutter butter. Add more black gel to the back of the candy eyes. Place them onto the nutter butter cookie.

Let the eyes and the candy corn dry. Carefully add swirls to the side of each cookie in order to make it look like wings. Let the gel dry but don’t stack these even when dried since the gel is still sticky.
