White Christmas Mojito is a wonderful seasonal cocktail to serve up at a holiday party. Made with coconut milk and topped with pomegranate and mint for a holiday flare.

This Christmas cocktail comes together pretty easily. Made with coconut milk, key lime juice, rum, sugar, mint, and pomegranate. I use Nellie and Joe’s key lime juice as it’s hands down the best.

The specialty tool needed for this drink is a shaker. I like to use this OXO shaker since it’s easy to use as the top is a measuring cup. It’s plastic for easy washing and no rusting.

Muddle The Cocktail

Firstly muddle the mint leaves and add to a glass. Muddle with a muddle stick or just smash well with a fork. Add ice to the glass. I have a wood muddle stick I use.

Secondly take the shaker and add ice, key lime juice, sugar, rum, and coconut milk. Place the top on the shaker and shake well. This will break down the sugar and infused the flavors of the drink.

Thirdly pour mixture from the shaker over the ice and mint leaves in the glass. Top with fresh mint leaves and pomegranate for color and flare. The mint leaves will help infuse the drink.

I like to make this white Christmas mojito for Christmas eve. It’s great to sip on while opening gifts and enjoying company. We don’t do Christmas morning opens anymore now that the kids are grown.

Do you celebrate on Christmas or Christmas eve? We do Christmas Eve as it is tradition for our family. It’s fun to have a fire and unwrap all the gifts. No early mornings on Christmas anymore.
