These No Bake Mini Cherry Tarts come together very quickly and perfectly tasty. With just three ingredients these tartlets are great for any gathering or a simple party dessert.
Desserts at Thanksgiving or the holidays can take hours of baking. Over the years, I have found some really simple tips and tricks to making no bake desserts without 30 minutes of prep or bake time.
These are also so adorable to serve at a more formal sit down dinner. Great for a formal Thanksgiving rather than a potluck style. These no bake mini cherry tarts are easily made to impress guest.
Certainly, the graham cracker crust is perfect to eat in these no bake tartlets. Literally, just as simple as opening a can of cherry pie filling and in minutes enjoy this as a simple dessert.
The Keebler mini graham cracker pie crust are what we use for the pie shell. Firstly, just pop it open and fill the graham cracker tarts with the cherry pie filling.
Place the pie crusts with cherry pie filling in the fridge until ready to serve. When ready to serve the mini cherry desserts top them with whipped topping.
Use different pie fillings like strawberry, apple, blueberry, and even boysenberry; all are great. These little tartlet desserts are super easy and budget friendly.
Don’t make these to far ahead in advance. The crust will become soggy. I like to make them about an hour or two before serving. I just make and set in the fridge until after dinner.

No Bake Mini Cherry Tarts
- 21 oz. cherry pie filling
- 1 package Keebler mini graham cracker crusts 6 count
- 6 tablespoons whipped topping
- Remove crusts from package.
- Scoop pie filling into each crust.
- Place in fridge until ready to serve.
- Top with whipped topping when ready to serve.
