Place the nutter butters on a plate or freezer paper with the shiny side up. Take the gel and add some to the back of each eye. Add it to the top of the nutter butter to make the eyes. Repeat with all the nutter butter cookies.

Take the candy corn and place some gel on the back and press it just below the eyes as the owl's nose. Repeat with all the nutter butter cookies.

Draw with the black sparkle gel three half moons on each side of the nutter butter cookies. Do this on all the cookies. Let dry and serve!
