Cranberry Ice Cream

Sweet and tart cranberry ice cream with dried cranberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 48 oz vanilla ice cream
  • 14 oz whole cranberry sauce can
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Let the vanilla ice cream melt just slightly. Place in a bowl of a mixer. Add in cranberry sauce and mix well.
  • Add in cranberries and fold into the ice cream with a spatula. Place the ice cream back into the container and freeze for a few hours overnight.
