Place 1 1/2 cups water into the instant pot. Place trivet inside the pot. Pour in frozen meatballs. Turn valve to closed position. Set to high pressure for 6 minutes. Once the instant pot stops counting quick release pressure.
Remove meatballs from instant pot. Add additional water as directed on gravy package. Set to saute mode. Pour in gravy mix. Whisk often and let come to a boil. Once the gravy thickens turn off heat.
Serve meatballs topped with gravy and a side of lingonberry jam.
