This Honeyed Chicken with little finger potatoes is the perfect meal to roast up on Sunday before a Game of Thrones episode.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag fingerling potatoes
  • 2 cornish game hens
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Drizzle baking dish with olive oil. Wash and add potatoes to the baking dish.
  • Wash hens in cold water and place into baking dish. Top with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with honey and top with turmeric.
  • Place baking dish in oven uncovered and bake for 30 minutes.
  • At 30 minutes cover with foil and reduced heat to 375 degrees F.
  • Bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Check that the chicken juices run clear and internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
  • Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes for juices to settle before serving.
  • Serve with potatoes.
