Ingredients

bag fingerling potatoes
2
cornish game hens
2
tablespoons
honey
1
tablespoon
turmeric
2
teaspoons
salt
2
teaspoons
pepper
1 1/2
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Drizzle baking dish with olive oil. Wash and add potatoes to the baking dish.
Wash hens in cold water and place into baking dish. Top with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with honey and top with turmeric.
Place baking dish in oven uncovered and bake for 30 minutes.
At 30 minutes cover with foil and reduced heat to 375 degrees F.
Bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Check that the chicken juices run clear and internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes for juices to settle before serving.
Serve with potatoes.
