Dumplings, eggs, bacon, and onion fried together for a hearty breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 strips of bacon; diced
  • ½ white or yellow onion; diced
  • 5 to 6 dumplings; cubes
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add dumplings to the pan with a bit of olive oil. Fry for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add in onion and bacon and continue to fry until the bacon is cooked and the onions are soft.
  • In a bowl add eggs with salt and pepper. Whisk egg mixture. Add egg mixture in with bacon, onions, and dumplings. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently until eggs are done. Serve.
