Add dumplings to the pan with a bit of olive oil. Fry for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
Add in onion and bacon and continue to fry until the bacon is cooked and the onions are soft.
In a bowl add eggs with salt and pepper. Whisk egg mixture. Add egg mixture in with bacon, onions, and dumplings. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently until eggs are done. Serve.
