For Cranberry Sauce
- 2 bags of fresh cranberries
- 1½ cups of granulated sugar
- 1 orange; juiced
- 1½ cups water
For Cranberry Pie
- 1½ bag of cranberries
- 1 orange; juiced
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1¾ cup sugar
- 1½ cups water
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
For Cranberry Sauce
In a large pot, add in cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and water.
Bring to a medium heat. Cook until all cranberries have popped and mixture starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and let cool. Pour in a jar to store.
For Cranberry Pie
In a large pot, add in cranberries, sugar, orange juice, ginger, cinnamon, and water.
Bring to a medium heat. Boil until all cranberries have popped and mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and pour into the crust. Let cool.
When ready to serve put into the oven at 350 degree F for 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
