Travel Quote Water Bottle
Have you ever heard that you should eat your dessert first because who knows if an asteroid will hit you at that very second. While I don’t often eat my dessert first I have found that life is way to short to not do the things that you dream. This Travel Quote water bottle is an SVG craft that quotes “life is short, take the trip, buy the shoes, eat the cake.”
This water bottle diy is a simple project that includes a .98 cent water bottle from Walmart that can also be found on Amazon. Cricut permanent vinyl or oracle permanent vinyl in black can be used to make the design. If you want to get more creative different colors or glitter can be used.
Water bottle vinyl ideas can easily be unlimited to your imagination. This travel quote water bottle is one I liked for taking on trips with me. Easy to place in your carry on bag empty. Can fill at drink stations and pour out before boarding the plane. Also, great for road trips but I wouldn’t leave these specific water bottles in the extreme heat.
Apparently, too much heat and these bottles can melt. Though, I have left them in the car while shopping in Texas heat without issue. These water bottles are meant for cold use only and are BPA free. This design can be added to any water bottle or coffee cup of choice.
The oracle permanent vinyl is an indoor/outdoor vinyl that holds up well. However, I would not put these in the dishwasher and would hand wash only. We used the cricut design space to put this SVG file through with cut and fill. Then made it the size to fit the bottle after measuring.
How To Decorate A Reusable Water Bottle
- 4″x 4″ black oracle permanent 651 vinyl
- 4″ x 4″ oracle transfer tape (or transfer tape of choice)
- 1 water bottle blank
- SVG cut file (either SVG or PNG will work) Just click the link, right click, and save as.
First, get an SVG file of choice then upload it to the cricut design space (silhouette is different). Make sure the cut and fill settings are selected. Make the image 4″ in height for these specific water bottles. Other bottles you will want to measure. Set settings to vinyl on the machine then place on blue mat and cut.
Weed as needed then use oracle transfer tape (or tape of choice). Place on the bottle firmly and use credit card or gift card to scratch over the top to make sure everything sticks. Peel back right to left equally making sure the designs sticks well. Rub finger over design to make sure everything is flat.
No need to seal the travel quote water bottle just hand wash and use as needed! It’s a great size that fits in backpacks or travel bags. Great to pair with a travel gift card and some travel accessories inside the bottle at the holidays or a birthday. Check out our Stranger Things bottle if your a fan!

Just download the file then find it in your folder. Right click and select extract zip. This should extract the folder and you can then go to the folder and see the files.
