Pepperoni Parmesan Pizza Dippers
Everyone is already blogging about back to school recipes. I thought wow this early I am still over here trying to enjoy Summer. Why does everyone what to jump so far ahead. Well I guess if that’s what people are looking for then why not share this cool, cheap, and fun recipe I have for a lunch idea. Pepperoni Parmesan Pizza Dippers. I mean really how cute right?

These are still tasty cold so now worries about having to be reheated. These pepperoni parmesan pizza dippers replace the idea of a lunchable. You can make these for super cheap at home. They make many so ingredients can even be separate into two or three lunches.
They are made from biscuit dough, pizza sauce, and small sprinkle of cheese. Below I added a picture so you can see how I cut them.
Then I shape them into rounds and press out to fit the size of the pepperoni. Then I add sauce, pepperoni, and top with parmesan cheese. These can be easily switched out for a cheese like mozzarella. I just enjoy the parmesan crispness it gives.
Then I bake them for a short time. You can make ahead and place in containers for lunches on the go. I like to use a reuseable container that is dishwasher safe. Less impact on the environment the better right?
These are really great for toddlers, kids, and even adults that like to take lunch to work. For a little added extra you can brush these dippers with some garlic butter before baking. So much more added flavor. I like to top my with onion or add two cheeses. My husband likes them with bell pepper. You can dress these pepperoni parmesan pizza dipper however you would like or imagine.
